Our Team Members are trained both in the physical, and technical aspects of moving, as well as the psychosocial. What this means to you:
Your Thunder Mover knows how to handle and respect your valuable possessions (the technical and physical) and your Thunder Mover knows how to respect YOU. They know how to “handle” your individual requirements.
The Process
Upon their arrival you should note our logo, and our uniform. Your Thunder Movers’ Team will look clean, healthy, and prepared – professional.
Thunder Movers first greet: say hello, introduce him/herself explain our procedures. Next they look and listen. Look at what your specific task entails and listen to your exact needs. Then if anything is unclear they ask clarifying questions. (you can ask questions at anytime!) And, lastly they do what is requested and needed.
We are here to help
You hopefully know upon your first contact Thunder Movers’ are here to help. We want and expect your move to be safe, smooth, and efficient. It is true we want you to recommend us to your family, friends, and co-workers; we want you to call on us again. We work with you in mind. Customer Service is our definite priority.
We know moving is stressful; that is why you have called us. We are prepared to help with last minute unknowns. “Where should this go? How do we handle this? We don’t want this, what can we do with it? Our floors aren’t ready what do we do know? What are our options?” Sometimes a customer does not know exactly what to do. . . . “What do I do about ____?”
No worries: Thunder Movers are trained to help with this too. We can advise — give our professional objective opinion of what can or should happen throughout the course of your unique moving day.
