Thunder Movers' really operate as a Team. We are a small family owned, local company. We intend to stay this way. We feel we have better control and knowledge of our work, more accountability to our customers. Keeping Thunder Movers a family Team offers us the opportunity to really get to know one another. It allows us the time to see what is going on in the lives of our family members and be there for one another.
When you call us you will first speak to a woman, either Dottie or Stacey. Having been on moves, packs and relocations, we know what we are talking about; we know about moving and packing. Anything we don't know we will find out. We will not pretend we understand you if we don't. We ask questions. We make sure we get the picture. When we suggest a job needs to have a crew of 3 it is because we know from experience. If we say the Grand Piano can be moved out of the room, down the hall, or over the bridge we mean WE CAN!
We are not afraid to say we can't. If we cannot do something we will let you know. If it is going to take longer than you expect, we will let you know (even if it's not what you want to hear).
